Added a Prompt for when you draw a Joker during Making Repairs, something that was missed while working to get the game live for the Jam - also, while drawing the Joker during Making Repairs still cannot be used to 'protect' the reactor, it does now add a token to the board, making rescue arrive sooner. Also did some minor fixes.
